Please note that these conditions
are applicable to all bookings made with Downhill Adventures:
- Departure Times - Most trips depart at 10am unless otherwise
specified, if
clients are meeting us at our shop, they should do so at
9h45am, alternatively, if we have to do a pick-up, we will
do it between 9h30am and 10am
- Confirmations - We do require credit card details to
confirm the booking, if client would like to pay on the day of
arrival or do not wish to pay upfront, bookings will have to
be made telephonically
- Cancellation Policy - We do have a 24 hour cancellation
policy
- Indemnity Forms - We
do require all of our clients to sign
indemnity forms before any and all activities
